How to Request a Return:

  • After your return request is authorized, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
  • Securely pack your items, include your original receipt or a note with your full name, address, and order number, and ship to: 4216 NW 120th Avenue, Coral Springs, FL 33065 (Private Label Express Returns)

Return Eligibility:

  • Sealed and unopened products are eligible for a full refund.
  • Opened products qualify for a refund provided only a reasonable amount has been used (typically up to 50%).
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), customized orders, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Shipping Costs:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We will provide a return shipping label upon authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us promptly at info@bala.health so we can address and rectify the issue.

Exchanges:

For exchanges, please return your original purchase as described above, and place a new order once your return is accepted.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

Customers located in the European Union have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days of receipt, provided items are returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you regarding your refund approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
